What is Dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a process of selling Products without having to actually stock any. You sell the merchandise at a price you determine. After the customer pays you for the item, you pay us the trade-price and send us your customers name and address. We ship the product out to your customer, and the difference between your price and our trade-price is your profit, all to keep!

How Does Dropshipping Actually Work?

Let's say you intend to sell a Game CD from our site that costs £5.00. You would sell that Game for a price you would determine, let's use £10.00 plus £2.50 shipping for an example. After you collect the payment of £12.50 from the customer and their mailing address, you would forward the £5.00 plus £2.50 Shipping to us, and keep the £5.00 as profit, never having to touch the Product, as we (the DropShipper) sends it out to the customer.

This type of arrangement is extremely beneficial to both yourself, and us.

You, as the seller, have a way to earn some spare money, having no start-up costs, no overheads, no packaging costs or headaches.

What Are The Benefits of Dropshipping?

There are many benefits to dropshipping. First of all, you do not have any packaging materials to worry about, as we (the DropShipper) take care of all packaging, postage etc. We only charge a minimal membership fee for this service, as it is you that is getting us the business, so both you and us make a little money.

Another hassle taken out of the equation is taking the time to package up all the merchandise. Imagine someone ordering CD's from you. If you had to package them and then take them to the Post Office to ship out, how much of a hassle would that be? With dropshipping, you do not have to worry about it. We do it all..

Are all your software titles originals?

Yes, we distribute all types of software products, most are packaged in DVD/CD cases from publishers such as Microsoft, Focus, XPLOSIV, GSP, Sony, Ubisoft, EA, Midway, Nintendo, Konami plus many others.

Is There Any Additional Charges To Have My Orders Dropshipped?

There is a membership fee, after that all you pay is the listed price plus shipping, no more, no catches! However, from April 2025 if you are dropshipping our products on ebay you will need to register as a business on ebay.

Do You Put Your Company Name On The Package When It Is Sent?

We do not give any reference as to our name at all when we ship out orders. Your customers will never see our name or address on the orders. Your customers will also never see the prices you paid for the Product anywhere on the order. We do this for two simple reasons.

1) There is absolutely no reason for anyone to know your mark-up, or our prices.

2) In doing this, we help to ensure your customers will continue to be your customers, and not switch over to some other supplier.

What Method Of Payments Will You Accept?

To make matters simple for the majority of our customers we use PAYPAL if you do not already have an account with PAYPAL we recommend that you get one straight away as this is the preferred method of auction payments, besides to join our dropshipping scheme you need to join Paypal.

Do You Require A Minimum Order?

Not at all. We want to make this opportunity available for everyone, regardless of order size. The main difference between a dropshipper and a wholesaler is that we specialise in just 1 or 2 items to a customer.

Who's to blame if I list something on ebay incorrectly?

You are. Every item you list on ebay is your responsibility. Ebay can be very single-minded at times and if they don't like something, they'll end your auction early...

What happens if my customer receives a faulty item?
If you are not familiar with the common problems that some people have we can direct you in solving your customers problem. We only deal in high quality products and so 99% of the time the fault is normally something the buyer is doing wrong. In the rare occasions of actual faults we will direct you in the returns procedure.

What happens if my customer wants a refund?

Should your customer decide he doesn't want the item after all the a return is up to you. You're the seller. If you want to refund your customer then do so... The customer should return the item to you, for you to resell.

Do I Have To Have A Business Name Or License To Order From You?

No, you do not need a business name or licence to buy from us. We sell to individuals, businesses, distributors, organizations, and other wholesalers. However, from April 2025 if you are dropshipping our products on ebay you will need to register as a business on ebay.

Will You Accept International Orders and Members?

Sorry, no. Due to the new world of tariffs, import taxes and other customs problems we are no longer able to offer international orders. However, if you list on ebay you can sell worldwide using ebay Global Shipping and we can ship direct to the ebay shipping hub and they will ship it worldwide with all taxes and customs forms completed prior to purchase and your order will be fully tracked from us through to your customer!

Why do I have to pay a registration/Membership fee?
If you didn't then everyone would just buy direct from us. By paying your membership fee shows us your dedicated and allows you to then resell our software range and make a profit. The cost of the items we distribute is rock bottom, so your membership fee also goes towards the costs of stocking and maintaining the product database etc.

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes you can... Simply login to Paypal and locate your subscription.

I Plan On Reselling Your Products, Will You Always Have Stock Of Them?

We always try to have stock of every item in the DropShip database. We feel it is very important to make sure you and your customers have access to these products at all times. We will only discontinue an item if it is no longer available at a realistic price but we always keep our members informed with our price lists which are updated regularly.
